REMEX-T(K)100 Portable X-ray Equipment is intended to be used by trained dentists and dental technicians as an extra-oral x-ray source for producing diagnostic x-ray images using intra-oral image receptors. Its use is intended for adult, child and pregnant woman subjects.

The owner/operator is responsible for verifying continued compliance exposure rates, leakage radiation, alignment of the useful beam, and the calibration of kVp and mAs. Annual verification by a qualified service technician may be required by federal law. Compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements is the responsibility of the owner/operator.
